YCH Auction Policy
If you do not follow these standards, your bid may be revoked, regardless of if you won the auction or not.
If you have anything certain in mind that may be controversial or was not discussed, please ask me before placing a bid.

The character must be the designated gender.
If an auction is strictly male or female, the character you choose must be that gender, unless you are willing to change the gender for this picture. On certain circumstances will I draw the opposite gender, but please do not assume my answer will be yes. Always ask if you are not |
For adult auctions, you must have permission from the owner of the character.
If you purchase the piece as a gift, you must give me username of the creator so I may be in contact with them to ask for permission. If they are not on the community, then I require written permission from them |
I am willing to alter the body-shape and characteristics to a certain degree.
I love diversity! Granted, I will gladly alter a figure if desired. However, please keep in mind I do not draw over muscular, anorexic, or obese figures. As well, I do not draw large muzzles or beaks. I will certainly adjust expressions to satisfaction. If you are concerned your character matches these limitations, please ask me! |
I may be willing to add props and other features.
If any props are desired, we may discuss it. A fee may be implicated if the props are large or complicated. Clothing is always optional! |
Do not retract bids, or you may be blacklisted.
Retracting bids can cause a lot of issues in an auction. To prevent this from occurring, please be sure your bid is set in stone. If there is a chance you cannot pay, please refrain from bidding.

- Warning: Your first two problematic transactions will land you with a simple verbal warning. If there was an important mishap/emergency, we may discuss it. However, it may not get you out of your warning.
- Black list: You will be banned from placing bids on my auctions. Any attempt to bidding will get your comment hidden. Any harassment will get you blocked.
WHAT ARE SNIPE GUARDS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
A snipe guard basically means the auction will be extended by x amount of time until the bidding stops; for example, an auction ends at 10:00pm and the snipe guard is 1 hour. So anyone bidding in the last 15 minutes of 10:00 pm would have to hold the highest bid for an entire hour, and if no one bids during that hour the adopt is theirs. They can place the bid at 9:59pm and the auction won't close until 10:59pm. If someone bids during that extended hour, then the hour will 'reset'. Ending on XX minutes of the next hour, of when the bid is placed.
Snipe guard only comes into effect if the new bid is placed with the last 15 minutes of when the auction was originally supposed to end. Anything more than that i qualify as 'fair' and enough time for all parties that want to to counter the offer made to put in their bids.
Snipe guards are a chance for anyone who has been stalking an adopt to be "guarded" from people "sniping" their adopt at the last minute; They could've been watching one for an entire day and at the last minute of the auction have it sniped away by a higher bid.
Also it's more fair to people with slower internet connections or those who don't have the time to sit at the computer and watch an auction. Though ultimately it is the buyers responsibility to know when they have been outbid, etc. as i do not give warnings.
